Resistance Bands to maintain muscle

    Been religiously working out for about a year and a half now and I've built up a decent physique. Nothing spectacular like a bodybuilder or anything but a decent amount of muscle definition and an alright shape.
    I may be moving a lot for work soon for a few months and the gym won't be an option so I was considering buying some resistance bands to help maintain my shape and not slip up, can anyone who has used them shed some light? Bear in mind I'm not looking to build muscle just keep what I have.

    If it matters I curl 22.5 kg, bench is 80 kg and so is squat. Thanks :)
