Dental Plan (talking while mouth full)

So I was at the dentist getting a nice clean done. I think she fancies me because she really pushes her breasts right into my face while working. But that's not the problem, I can put up with that. It's the fact that she constantly talks to me while all of this is going on. There are various tools shoved into my mouth and she is making small talk with me, asking questions that I need to respond to.
Do other boardsies dentists ask them questions in these circumstances.
Surely they recognise the the obvious problem here, and how they understand me I don't know. If I was a dentist and had my fingers in someones gob I think I'd prefer not to be encouraging to be closing their jaw even in the slightest.
It's like if you have ever had to take of your pants in the doctors and they ask something to ease the tension like, "have you any holidays planned".
It just doesn't seem appropriate.

I have no problem with the breast thing. I actually find it quite comforting. It's talking to me while I can't respond I find odd. They're dentists after all, they must know we can't respond yet they ask unnecessary questions!
