Shakespeare Closing down

    ShakespearePhotobooks Ltd will stop selling photobooks, calendars & cards on 22nd February 2014.

    Last date to upload orders: 22nd February 2014

    thats a shame - nice Irish company , probably too much to compete with Blurb - wish Vincent well, he did the boards book, I believe.

    Yup, they did last 4 books and did a great job too.

    Always sad to see something like this happen.

    Really sad to see them go - Vincent was a pleasure to deal with on the photobook. It will be very very difficult to find a book of similar standard for the value offered - not to mention the customer service. The random questions the poor man was faced with :D

    As Shakespeare used an English printer it may still be possible to have books printed directly. Vincent was a gentleman of course.

    or, I suppose , blurb itself - think the boards book started out with blurb - before going to Shakespeare

    We looked into blurb the last couple of years and Shakespeare were overall more competitive.. but I'm sure whoever is organizing next year will find an alternative :)
