Hey Guys

I only just recieved the horizon box this morning plugged it in and after an hour was still stuck on Almost there installation screen so I tried to turn of the box and retry again and its still on the screen 40 mins later. Should there be any movement on this screen as it seems like its just frozen with a little white light on the left of a white line below the message
