    Hi,

I'm 22 and over the last few months my right foot (clubbed) is giving me real trouble daily.

Back in 2009, I had surgery to insert metal pins above the toes which helped of course up to now. However I'm now in a situation where I'm feeling extended periods of pain through my arch all the way up past my ankle, even after resting it fails to shift. It's noticeably got worse since this time last year and I'm now at a loss as to what to do.

Although the likelihood may be another operation, I'm not really in a position at the moment to consider it (last year of college), yet the thought of going another 6-8 months like this is getting me down.

Anyone in similar position/any tips that could help would be most appreciated.
