Credit Management - Awaiting Return Cheque

    Just before Christmas 2013 I paid an incorrect amount to Eircom.  I was told by Sinead on the 06.01.14 that the return cheque had been passed and that I would receive my cheque within 10 days.  I am stil waiting. I have been calling Eircom everyday for the last week and cannot get anyone to talk to me from "Credit Management".  Can anyone help please?
