Pre-workout nutrition for a morning gym session

    I want to know if this is suitable for a morning weights gym session.

    Gym session at 6:45am. I was thinking of having a smoothie at 6 the minute I wake up with one scoop of whey protein, frozen banana, honey, spoon of coffee, oats and milk.

    Does this sound suitable?
    Any ideas of anything else I could add or take away to the above?

    Scoop of whey, banana, frozen berries, tbsp peanut butter & powdered greens.
    Have the coffee seperately
