    That's actually a good little van :D

    Delivery mileage too

With any vehicle with 5 or more owners, you'd expect that at least some of them would be doing average mileage. 75000 on a 5 owner 10 year old kangoo doesn't add up for me.

But no price specified! I flipping hate that!! It's like POA. I'm looking to buy and if you advertise no price then you've lost a sale!

Yea, I'd run a mile from any vehicle with the no of owners. As for the poor use of English, there's a lot of cars/vans for sale on DD by Eastern Europeans. Thats been my experience anyway.

    Kangoo is a great van.

It is in it's shyte. Utter balls of scrap. Go on, tell me I'm wrong..I've personally owned three of this vintage for work, I have friends who have owned them, I have customers with courier companies that own them. Scrap. When, as it will, the rubbish fuel pump cacks itself and floods the system with iron filings, and it costs a bomb to fix, then a Kangoo is in it's natural state - broken. Mechanics love them, because they're constant work. I have one now as it happens - the fuel pump is gone. Newly DOE'd, four brand new quality tyres just fitted. Then it cacks its pump, just like the others. Never, ever, again. If you like them so much, buy it off me. No-one else will, and it's spotless.

What issues have you had with them?

Constant crank sensors, egrs, injector failures, nutty wiring with no logic/quality, crappy quality relays and switchgear, crappy wire quality. Poor starting, oil leaks, gearbox issues, failed stop solonoid(go on, fix that - I'll video it). Renault and I quote " jasus, we've never even sold one of those, shure how would you fit it??" Balls of scutter. Anyone whos had to pull the indicator stalk off yet another to fix the "clicky-clicky-clicky" as it shorts through it's own grease(!) will have an idea of the "quality" built in.

It? I had three at the same time, I've also worked on plenty of others. That one with the cacked fuel pump, I'm actually going to drop in a citroen XUD I have in the workshop, just out of spite and to get my wear out of the tyres and doe.. :D

That's crazy, we run a fleet of Caddy and Kangoo and the Renault's are bomb proof compared.

Yeah, you do - the new model. That ads for the old one. The new ones are grand. Am I wrong?

Eh don't the new ones use the same 1.5 dCi as the one in the ad?

ac delco fuel pump the same? Take one apart for the craic Colm - marvel at the ingenuity, so quality, much strong. The Bosch pumps are grand. The 1.9s are especially scuttery.

I don't doubt it, my uncle had a few 1.9 d55 models and they were grand though. Dead as doornails but never gave bother.

The pumps seem to last up to 80-90k then are living on borrowed time. First the filings clog the injectors, so people change them. They then clog again...then they change the pump and injectors....the injectors clog again..then they change the injectors again, after flushing the whole system...but now the pump is re-contaminated...and the owner has gone bald..

My uncles 04 one is on 150k ow and is soldiering on despite a very lax attitude to maintenance ( fix whatever breaks when it falls off or if it's stopping it passing a doe and it's devices whenever he thinks of it) and being beaten on death .

If the fault is so widespread why does everyone not know to change the pump and injectors together in the beginning?
