I got my P60 from work last week, would I be right in saying that I can send it to the local tax office and ask for any overage that I paid last year to be refunded? Also, can you send it to the PRSI department (Oisin House Dublin) for a possible refund, are there any other things you can do to get tax or USC etc back?

You can ask the tax office for a balancing statement. Are you sure you actually made overpayments?

Just login to your online account and request a balancing statement for 2013. If you can use boards, you can use PAYE Anytime.

Usually you pay the correct amount of tax during the year, unless you've had multiple employments or been in emergency tax for some reason.
