    Hi all

Can anyone recommend a good hairdressers for a mens haircut/ restyle in Dublin? Have had the same short back and sides for years and thinking of growing it out a bit.

I've heard pretty good things about Waldorf barbers and davey davey... Was wondering if anyone had any other recommendations? I'm leaning towards davey davey as Waldorf seems to be geared more toward classic styles?

Price wise anything under €50 would ok

    Thanks in advance!

I go to the star barbershop in temple bar. He does however specialise in those classic style cuts like the waldorf but hes very good and im sure if you explained what you wanted he could do it. Mark is the guys name.

Davey Davey is soo expensive! I've always wanted to try them myself but cannot justify the cost.

My boyfriend goes to the Waldorf or Bedford Stuy in Temple Bar. The Merchant Barber (also TB) is very popular too. He has it short on the sides with the long mid part slicked back. When the Waldorf style it themselves it's a bit more retro looking, but it looks good styled other ways too.

Yeah they're pretty pricey alright! Because I'll be changing haircuts for the first time in ages I was thinking of going all out i.e. going there there for the first cut and pick their brains for ideas etc. It'll be the first time I'm going to ask for anything resembling length in my hair so will probably need a lot of guidance in terms of products and styling tips - I fear a hairdryer might be involved!

After that the plan is to go back to a more reasonably priced place and hopefully be able to explain what I want... All sounds good in theory anyway!
