hi guys,I ordered a turbo trainer from crc a few days ago,it came 2 days later and when I got home from work the wife had it put together and ready for a session, problem is that I ordered the wrong one,the one I wanted had a remote resistance but the one I ordered has none, just clicked on the wrong turbo, its the minoura b60 I wanted and did not realise there was the B60-R and the B60-D,one with remote and the other without,i have since ordered a different one altogether, the cycleops fluid 2 off crc and am wondering can I return the minoura even though the little bits and bobs have been taken out of the plastic bags or am I stuck with it,cheers

Take it apart and put all the pieces back in bags and return it. You simply say that you didn't realise that it was the wrong one after you assembled it. There shouldn't be a problem.

Check out the CRC returns policy. They are very specific about what cab be returned. The turbo has been set up. They won't accept that

They will take it back no problem, I returned a saddle I'd had on my bike for a week and they were fine about it.

Worth sending the message alright, prob an expensive postage.

I've found CRC great for returns. Sent back a garmin I had used on runs etc. that had a feature restriction and they'd no issue accepting. Very laid back crowd.
