Lens Repair Recommendation

I have a Sony A200 DSLR and my 50mm lens is having trouble focussing.

I'm not sure if it took a kock or what, but i'd like to have it looked at rather than just buying a new one.

I work in Dublin 2 on the quays, so Bermingham's or The Camera Centre would be most convenient, but if Gunn's or Conns or whoever are more able to do simple diagnostics/repairs I don't mind taking a stroll.

    Any thoughts or recommendations?

Check the front element on the lens, sometimes the little ring that holds the lens in place can come loose, there should be a little notch that you can put your fingernail in to move it, doesn't need to be tight but should be firm. If not Zero will put you right!
