As per title, how do i run this cycle. I have replaced the pump housing with heating element and apparently i have to run this cycle first.
    Any help much appreciated!

Normally hold down the start/pause button for 5/10 sec this should allow you to set the next programme. Why did you replace the pump housing was the element faulty? I find far more wash/motors faulty than any other part of the machine bar the flow meter

    Thanks for the reply!
It was the neighbours dishwasher. He bought the part himself and asked me if i could install it. I obliged of course but whirlpool in their wisdom pulled some stunt whereby an engineer has to be called to reset the ecu or something.
I installed the part without any problem but whirlpool created the above problem!
So, how do i get this going? Is there a tiny button somewhere or a diagnostic tool i have to buy or what? The ould buttonage is light on the machine. Its basically a start button and a program button.
Cannot afford a call out fee. The neighbour that is.

    Solved it.

Unplugged the ecu, reconnected it and away it ran. Happy chappy!
