hi I order something off irishlifing.com a powertower there before xmas and paid for it online and paid it to be sent to me which it send it would be in two or three days after about five days and ni sign off item and no emails or phone calls from irishlifing.com I emailed them to see what was going on the emailed me back the next day to tell me the didn't even have the item in stock and were waiting on it to come in on a order ??? but never had,, out off stock,, or ,,pre order,, on the site just took payment anyway off course it didn't come and was told it be another two to three weeks and the would put in a dip weight belt r protein powder grand after about 4 weeks I got the power tower no sign off any dip weight belt r protein powder and power was I totally different to the one on there site the one I ordered was white had pull up bar and dip bars diffenrt sides and floor support both sides the one I got was grey ,pull up and dip bar same side I would never order again off this site and would tell ppl be careful .... just to point out the powertower I got is a good one just not the one I was ordering just making the point on false promises and misleading pictures off products and bad customer service

have you asked if you can return it since you didn't get what you paid for and then also askd about were ur free protein and dip belt was because sometimes those mistakes can happen and it's a big pain in the bum but sometimes they can be fixed quite easily the guy who owns it is a good dude and working phoning to see if you can reach a resolution or fix et

at this point no I did message them saying why is it different to the I ordered and do the even get them ones in but again no message back or phone call so just keeping the one I have but just making the point on false promises and misleading pictures off products and bad customer service

I have ordered twice from Irish lifting. The first time they sent me the wrong bench, they upgraded it to a far more expensive bench . Second time I ordered some attachments on the 23rd of December and received them on the 24th of December

I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Please try and phone them and see if ye can reach some kind of agreement.

nice to hear you had a pleasant experience has im sure must people do im just posting this for people to use BUYER BEWARE and to ring and make the have the items in stock before the make payments online and have to wait a lot longer then 3 to 4 working days for the delivery and that there getting the items pictured on the site .....I sure must customers are happy and have no problems....

Sounds awful, wouldn't dream of ordering off them after all the reports over the past year or so

Plenty of other companies to order off at this stage.

Waiting over a week on my order now, not too impressed so far... I'll give them the benefit of a doubt for the next couple days, but not blown away by customer service or anything

I'm sorry about that. The one on the site is my own design and I get
them from China but they are out of stock at the moment. I will have
them back in but it will be about 8 weeks before I have them... Is the

Sometimes if I'm out of stock of my own brand I have to get in alternatives as there can be long delays with getting stock from China. I'm sorry if you're not happy with the power tower I got in for you, if you want to send it back it's no problem, I'll refund you. Also I'm sorry, I was really busy before Christmas and I completely forgot I said I'd put in a dip belt for you, if you're happy to keep the power tower let me know and I'll send you the dip belt...

Order came in the end, and got some communication, so happy out now. A lot better than the useless knob-wipes at fitness-superstore.co.uk who have been jerking my order around for the last 3+ weeks

If you have read my post you see I said the power tower I received was a good item and im happy to keep it now because it fits the space I have but you and I were not to know that a heads up would have been nice to let me know it was not the one pictured and would I be happy with a different one

I emailed back Jessica, maybe you were logged into her account when you emailed me without noticing? Anyway, if you're ok to keep that Power Tower I'll send you a dip belt, it was a question the last time I asked so I didn't just send you a dip belt before I heard back from you...
