The mistress is getting to a married age so she gave a lot of pressure to the rich man, either marry her or give her $10M for compensation.

The rich man doesnt want to marry her nor give her money. So he was planning to kill her. His CFO suggested to pay $10,000 to send the mistress to a EMBA course as an excuse of improve her ability.

There are many CEOs in this EMBA class so after 2 months, the mistress refuse to contact the rich man anymore. In fact, she gave $1M to him to stop talking about her past.

So if you have non-performing asset, the best way is to repack it and sell to somebody else.
