hydraulics real slow on manitou

    brother has manitou 634-120ls and the hydraulics are real slow, about 20% of speed as usual, any suggestions?

    Have you the correct type oil and oil level correct??

    At the diesel pump there is a little box about the size of a match box. 3 wires coming from it, check if one is broken before you do anything else

    Could be the hydro pump on the way out, happened us ended up having to change both pumps two thousand euro all-in by the time she was fixed up

    If that box goes its a cheap fix but you'll need the guy with the computer to re calibrate hydraulics.

    I could write a book on those Manitou heaps of shyte, as my eldest calls them Manipoo!!!

    Worked on one for a winter two yes ago. In one month she burst three hyd pipes in the arm. Hardship
