Been eating clean lately have not quite managed to get in 5-6 meals a day but from what I know (I am no expert) I am intaking a sufficient amount of protein. Below is more or less what I eat daily, dinner can vary, but it is just an example, any advice ? I did not note the time I ate at but they are all within a close time frame.

Meal 1 - 1 bowl of Flahavan's porridge mixed with water and milk and also 1 scoop of whey protein and a glass of Avonmore Milk

Meal 2 - 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 tin of tuna in sunflower oil and a couple of slices of spanish chrioizo. Glass of water.

Before the gym 1 protein shake (2 scoops mixed with milk) and then post work out 1 scoop of monohydrate creatine mixed with water

Meal 3 - 2 turkey burgers with a slice of cheese on eat and some fat free mayo, 1 whole sweet potato topped with cottage cheese.

Meal 4 - 2 slices of wholegrain bread, 1 tin of tuna in sunflower oil and fat free mayo (sandwich)

Please note that this is just an example from the other day

    Height,weight?

Just looking at your diet you posted i would suggest you are not consuming enough carbs and fats.

It'll make no difference, eating well is not that exact of an art. I'd stop worrying so much about tiny specifics like that tbh.

I buy the brine and squeeze the sh*t out of it anyway to dry it out a bit

Its the tuna+lifting that builds muscle, not the brine or sunflower oil.

just wondering which is the better option? is the more essential fats in the sunflower oil etc.

like previous poster said , probably shouldn't think about it that much

Sunflower oil isn't particularly good. Its not going to break your diet or gains though.

how much porridge, how much milk

how much chirizo. what size tin of tuna

    Size of the scoops

    quantities.

weigh your food, input it into an app at the end of the day and it will tell you if your diet is ok. at your weight youll need about 140g of protein.

The size and content of a turkey burger can be vastly different between brands, same goes for a "bowl" of porridge, is it the recommended 30g, or do you just pour it in?

    start measuring your food.

Worry more about how much in total you are eating than the number of times you eat, as that will have more effect on your bulk. Its no good eating 6 times a day if you're only getting 2000 calories. and 75g of protein.

    I like myfitnesspal.

But there are other equally good ones available.

I know on myfitnesspal you can set it to track not just protein, fats and carbs but also macro-nutirents.
