We're having an Open Day on Saturday at our new premises in Drumcondra. There will be BJJ, MMA, Aikido and Yoga demonstrations and workshops. A free draw for 1 months Martial Arts membership, a Yoga 8 class pass and other prizes. There will also be CAKE! :D http://www.balanceireland.com/open-day
