Can you not do it yourself? It's easy enough if you have the patience

watch a few youtube videos, there are loads of good ones.
as said above its pretty easy prob 15-20min work
paying someone to do it works out very dear,im guessing its about 10e for a 14" saw new stihl/oregon chain 20-25,sharpen it your self and just throw out the chain after doing it 3-4times.
there are loads of gizmo's for it they all do the same job

    or theres this

If you have sharpened the chain a few times you need to file down the rakers as the will prevent the cutting edge from getting a good purchase on the timber.

3-4 times?.......I give mine a rub after every use....I notice the difference if I don't.

It wont take long to perfect sharpening using file guides, avoid machine sharpening.

There are plenty of guides for angles, and for setting the raker height. Stihl do a good combo its called a Stihl Easyfile.

Also the electric machines take off too much metal, but if your chain has been improperly sharpened by hand and the angles all messed up, the electric sharpening can help do the bulk of the work getting it right.

Also don't file your rakers too much. Use the guide They serve a purpose.

I use a dremel and the chainsaw kit. Like a file in a way, a few light strokes and the tooth is as good as new. I'd highly recommend this.

Not exactly North Dublin but Fairyhouse service station has a machinery repair and service place on the premises that looks after chainsaws.

I have a stihl Chainsaw and just after getting a new chain. I normally just use a file but I was in lidi the other day and picked up a chainsaw sharper for 1/2 price
(€15 ish ) are they any good. I have the receipt so I can bring it back.

Is the electrical one better that a file ?
