    Hi,

Ok so I got a weights bench and have been using with my dumbells a lot more recently. I intend to use it every other day with the day in between used for cardio (running) I. So it would be Mon - Run, Tue - weights, Wed - run etc with a break day on Sunday, maybe some light cardio.

I am not sure if what I am doing is correct(I will try post later when I get home what I currently do) but I was wondering if anyone had a good dumbell plan they could recomend. The results I want is weight loss/toning up as well as adding size to arms and shoulders, toning my front and strenghtening my back. I am more of a beginner but I have some strenght.........I think.

    cheers

    frAg

Stronglifts or starting strength, just look for dumbbbell versions of the exercises or buy a bar.

Not much room for a bar, this may change in a few months but for now I have a bench and dumbells.

Can you elaborate on stong lifts and starting strenght?

    Cheers

They are just linear progression programs that use compound lifts. They are full body and you do them 3 times a week. Just goggle them and you'll get the details.
