I seen your post and I had to come back to it. Thats not the answer. Your little girl will never get over losing the one person who is her everything. Her mum/ best friend her confident. Times are hard but there is always light. Speak to your doc.

Anig you've taken the first step by posting here, well done :)

Call your gp tomorrow, or even Pieta house, have a look at this http://www.pieta.ie and give them a call in the morning, they're wonderful people!

In the mean time call someone you know and tell them what you've told us.

Hi Anig. Unfortunately, well meaning as they may be, the posters on this forum, mods included, are not qualified to give you the help and support you need. In addition to the Samaritans and Pieta House mentioned above, here are another couple of contact details that you may find useful:

    http://www.nosp.ie/ (national suicide prevention)

    1Life Suicide Prevention Helpline - 1800 247 100

Another organisation, Turn2Me, have a representative account on Boards. I'm going to PM them a link to this thread and a member of the organisation will contact you by PM.

I'm sorry that we can't do more for you here, but I sincerely hope you get the help that you need.
