    Hi all,

What are the chances of getting a pair of tickets for the Munster Toulouse quarter final? Will all the tickets be sold to season ticket holders and through the clubs?

    Any and all info appreciated!

25% of tickets go to Toulouse.

The other 75% go to clubs, Munster rugby supporters club and corporate tickets. There will be no general public tickets available as such.

Its possible Tolouse will return tickets but they have a big following so maybe not.

    From the MRSC
Heineken Cup Quarter Final Ticket Information
    20 Jan 2014
    .

We do not have full details regarding the allocation of tickets for the Heineken Cup Quarter Final against Toulouse at this stage, but can confirm that all Full Members will be entitled to purchase 1 ticket each.

As the away club are entitled to 25% of tickets across each category of ticket and the ERC's entitlement increases, we will not have the same allocation of tickets that we receive for the pool matches. Members will not be able to purchase the same seat that they have for the pool games.

We will have an allocation of tickets available for Associate Members with Season Tickets but cannot confirm the number of tickets available for this group at this time.

We cannot confirm at this stage if we will have any tickets available for Associate Members with No Season Tickets but will inform members as soon as we can.

Please note that we do not expect the sale of tickets for the Quarter Final to commence for at least another 2 weeks. Full details will be sent in the Red Letter and published on the website.

I really can't see Toulouse taking up all their allocation of tickets so they'll be some returns, these will probably be passed onto the clubs and MRSC. I doubt any will go on public sale but you'd never know.

You could plan a trip to Toulouse and buy them there :D

Keep an eye here or on MFs for news on tickets.

Toulouse will bring about 1,000 I'd say. They only had about 2,000 at the 08 final, completely outnumbered, but like a lot of french supporters, they made noise.

They are currently on public sale in Toulouse, they are not available online. Anything left after this will probably be returned to Munster and distributed via clubs and MRSC.

Check MF's. Toulouse have tickets on public sale and there is a thread set up there to help people buy tickets out of Toulouse allocation

Sorry lads I know the thread was started based on Munster tickets, but on the topic of Quarter Final tickets, does anyone have any idea how I could get tickets for Toulon-Leinster? I'm living in France but haven't had any luck this end so far.

Gold dust in France! I'd ring the Leinster branch and see if they have any left for sale.

If you are willing to take a slight risk, I would travel to limerick without a ticket. you will always pick them up outside the ground. Even in the heady days of the Celtic tiger I never failed to pick one up....

Was considering doing this.. Guess it'd be off a tout? How much roughly would you expect to pay above face value?

No. You will normally pick one up for face value from an ordinary punter... Always a few people who get left with a ticket.

Be wary of buying of touts, especially paying over the odds.

I've emailed both Munster rugby and the ERC with links to tickets for sale online for over the face value. I've been told that they have cancelled tickets before in similar circumstances. Proper order too.

Hi eod10. I came accross boards totally by chance . like you my french neighbour toulouse fan asked me a limerick man living in France to search the net for tickets for the h cup quarter final. After hours and hours of searching Ive come to the conclusion that its risky and expensive to buy tickets on the net. needaticketie multiply the face value by 4 or 5 and have a bad reputation even though there legal. viagogo are the same. I checked out gumbtree Ireland and foun4 or 5 ads for tickets one looked ok as it offered pick up before the match.my mate took a chance and got in contact with a certain sarah who sounded genuine and recieved 2 hard cover tickets for 85 or 90euros each in a registered letter 2 days later. seems there a bunch going over and a few people backed out.you could always try ticket master but they only have terrace tickets.good hunting

Up here we have a select bunch of touts selling Ulster tickets for hundreds on scumtree. Myself and others constantly report them. Thats the joys of online sales but you cant win... you cant have people queueing at Ravenhill as fans have jobs, live in Donegal etc. Laverys (a bar in Belfast) have their heads screwed on... they sold an allocation on first come basis and you can only pick up the ticket on the day of the game I believe

Laverys seem to have a good system going.I just cant Understand why MRC give tickets to people like needaticket when they know there been sold at 170 each instead of 40.
