Right, so I've 98 cent left in my PayPal account and it's annoying me leaving it in there! What can I do with it? I literally have no idea what I could do with so little money but I don't want to leave it in there because that just seems stupid.

I've spent the whole day bidding that exact amount on things with free P&P on ebay but mean people keep out-bidding me How rude.
