Trying to get Front Light in MF 290 working but to no avail. Main Fuses are OK. Is there other fuses I should be looking for.

Tried what you suggested. There is no current coming to light connections .Fuses are Ok.These lights were working. This happened while fitting new bulb

Sounds like there is another fuse somewhere that is blown. Someone might have put in as a double protection.
Check if you have power coming to the main fuses and this will help narrow down its location. After that there could be a wire break.

there might be a fuse at the battery? did you put the bulb in right and see was it working first?
