Simple weights workout

    Hi all

    Am looking for a simple workout for weights section in the gym. i ave a three month membership that I want to use before it expires

    I want to lift heavy and do a max of three sessions in a week as I also do a bit of running etc for cardio so the gym would be for weights only

    I am used to doing kettlebells, swinging 16kgs and 12kgs for jerk etc but unfortunately my hands were really calloused and sore and i am not going to go back to that

    So a simple workout that would cover all muscle groups if anyone could suggest something I would be greatful
