Anyone know any places that call to your gaff to change tyres? I know there used to be a few places a few years back, but can't find any.
    In West Dublin btw.

Not any more that I know of. I know there was a few going back a couple of years ago, but they stopped. I stand to be corrected though.

Ring your insurance, see if their recovery will plug the tyre for you.

I changed my tyres myself a few months ago. It's not too hard but I wasn't able to balance them.

Tried it myself, couldn't find where to plug it. No sign of a nail or screw in the tyre.

I have zero tools where I live at the moment. and the bike is parked in a public place. If I had tools and a garage, I'd just take the wheels off and bring them somewhere.

You know you can use an ordinary bicycle pump to pump the tyres up? Might give you enough air to get to a garage...

Yes. Or a couple of the repair kit pressurised canisters.
If you're desperate a puncture repair aerosol may help but they've never worked for me - in three attempts.

Yeah, surprisingly never thought of that! could be a slow puncture. I need tyres anyway, so I reckon I'll just give mobile guy a call, I found someone who does it.

I have a few of them. They're handy to have, how did yours not work? You can get a little valve that they attach to to regulate the flow into your tyre. I think it's easier with that.

Just that they failed to seal the punctures, and the cans weren't old and out of date; one puncture was a short slit so not surprising.
Now I would only rely on tyre plugs (e.g. "Stop n Go") - and with tubed tyres either breakdown recovery or a tube and tyre levers.
