    Okay..

So bascially I started my first tax paying job on 06/01/2014 and forgot about getting the emergency tax stuff sorted out. I'm working in Dublin and living there during the week but come home at weekends.

My employer told me to ring revenue and request my Tax Credits to be sent to them so I rang and explained and this really helpful woman was taking all my details and was doing out the form for me, then my credit rang out and I got cut off) - Rang back and got this woman who just said fill out this 12A form and post it to them.

So what I want to know is? What address and who should I post this to?

Do i put my home address and send to my local revenue office or put Dublin address and send to Dublin revenue or does it matter?

I'm paid on the 30th so it's not going to be sorted by then I don't think so what happens to the money that I get back? Someone told me it takes 14 weeks to get that money back?

    Thanks.

If you are going to be moving about a bit, I would put your home address on the 12a as your address for correspondence. Then send the form to your local tax office at home.

Once processed a tax credit cert for 2014 should issue to you and your employer. That will sort out 2014 for you.
Since you have spent an entire year on emergency tax, you may be entitled to some refund for 2013. You will need your 2013 P60 for this or wait until your employer has filed their end of year p35 with Revenue. When you have proof of 2013s pay and tax, contact your local office to run a review for 2013.

Tick the single and PAYE credit. They are given to you automatically anyway but tick anyway.
Rest of my previous post applies except claiming for 2013.
