E-Flow toll

    Hi All
    Anybody else have any experience with this.I went through the toll last Saturday and later on that evening went online and paid it on my iphone. Got a letter today with a fine saying i hadn't paid it.Rang them and they told me that they have no record of me paying it checked my bank account and payment never went out. I have used the online service a lot of times and always paid on time and they know this when i did it last weekend i got the confirmation screen saying payment had been processed and email sent to my email address.I checked my email and it never went to my inbox i rang them and explained my case and they were very unhelpful had no choice but to pay double what i should have for the toll.Anybody else ever had any bad experiences like this with them?

    Ring your bank and ask can they see any record of the transaction, even a failure.
