DSL Castletown Geoghegan

    Castletown Geoghegan Exchange - Co. Westmeath

    Upgraded to DSL since June 2010. 
    Exchange used/uses a microwave link to Killucan - capacity 16Mb/s

    Local Eircom engineer advised before Christmas that the microwave link would be upgraded to 100Mb/s.

    The problem remains. Constant disconnections during busy hours. Effectively unusable.

    What is the current situation with this exchange?
