    Hi I'm reading some pretty bad reviews of this website regarding delivery times etc. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with them and if it's worth buying anything from them if these issues are as dramatic as others have stated?

    Someone in our house ordered something last year, numerous emails over a month later after the items hadn't been received were met with replies from Missguided that they had been delivered.

    When asked to provide proof, courier tracking number etc they then said the goods hadn't even been shipped. We asked for a refund, which they agreed to. It took a few weeks and more emails before they finally did it, in the mean time half the original order turned up by courier.

    Against their better judgement, they tried them again a few months ago. Order arrived, but was very slow.

    Personally wouldn't recommend them if you're in a hurry for something! There's other companies doing it properly without the grief that seems to come with Missguided.
