    There's cyanide in apples too. If you were to eat 1000 apples in the next hour you could quite possibly be poisoned.

    are you up for that challenge? They really should mention it in Operation Transformation too as they often mention that type of milk often.
    Although arsenic could be a good solution to obesity

    Toxicity is all about dosage

    Absolutely everything is toxic in too high a dose, and most things that we usually consider highly toxic are not harmful in a low enough dose.

    Read that post more carefully, it's referring to rice milk, whatever that is, not cow's milk.

    Um - there's a thread in Diet & Nutrition which mentions that there is arsenic in milk and you thought it was a better idea to ask AH than to actually discuss it on the thread where it was mentioned?
