no that's just a special offer for your first three months:

AFAIK the premium version is then the same as Spotify Premium i.e. around a tenner a month.
There's fairly regular special offers on it; I signed up last year for an OK price but no way in hell would I pay full price. Catalog is OK, some gaps but that's to be expected, and ability to download tracks is a plus BUT it is buggy as hell whether on the Vita, the PS4 or iOS. Search can be brutal too - way too many karaoke versions of stuff up there.
But for €3 for 90 days you could probably get some fun out of it.
