SUV Road Tax

I currently drive a 2002 Toyota Rav 4 2.0 Diesel SUV - love it. Great machine. But I am trading up (around 08 or 09) and would love to keep with a diesel SUV 4x4 but with cheaper road tax. My budget is €15,000 so are there any options guys? Cheers
