Does UPC plan to expand their services in the near future?

I live in Cork city centre. I moved from Henry Street where I had UPC to Lower John Street (a 10 minute walk away) where UPC isn't available. How do I find out if UPC plan to make it available here anytime soon? Been waiting for over a month for Eircom to sort out internet here, I am absolutely fed up. Worst customer…
