New owner skoda octavia questions .

    Just a few questions for the skoda octavia . Just wondering about the automatic windscreen wiping for rain . I know it firstly has to be set for that in settings but also do I have to have the wiper switch at a certain setting like the knob on top of switch or something for different intervals ?
    Also the auto lights switch does that actually settle on low beam in complete darkness , meaning I can leave it on auto the whole time ?? Also does it make any difference to battery when exiting from car the auto light switch is left on ? Thanks .
