Hi live in a 3 bed semi, neighbour at back of my house is constructing some kind of extension which is fine, but noticed today that they are also building a brick shed using the dividing boundary wall he is using his side of the wall, so bricks aren't encroaching on my garden but fear that when it's roofed it will encroach into my garden! Think it's a bit cheeky he never called round to tell me what he was planning on doing it would have been common courtesy, question is he legally allowed to build on a boundary wall? I've let the builder know that I don't want the roof of the shed encroaching on my property, he said it won't, I somehow doubt it!

Not much of a builder if he is using a boundary wall as a wall of the shed, i would curtail that construction, a seperate wall should be built.

Boundary wall is a civil matter, but if you think the builder is not building up to a require standard, then maybe you could contact your local Building Control Office.
