Same sort of build as me, I got different Mobo and Case, otherwise identical, Mobo is the only thing I aint 100% on, everything else should be ok, but someone will let you know. Mine arrived in Dublin yesterday, so hoping have it this week....Best o' luck with it.
***Just checked mobo link and says delivery date unknown***

    I went with the MSI:

Looks pretty decent, although there are a shortage of 970 boards in stock on amazon HWVS.

These look to be the only two decent 970 boards in stock at the moment on HWVS, I'd definitely have a preference for the Gigabyte although it is a few € dearer than what you have selected.

    Thanks guys.

The Asus board is out of stock alright. I like the look of the both the MSI and Gigabyte ones. Will have to have a think about it.

I also have a 500GB HDD to put into it. That's why I don't have one listed.

Ok, got everything together, and it seems to be working ok. I didn't have an optical drive, so I had to make a bootable ios file on usb stick. Tried loads of software to do this and the only one that worked was rufus. Also had to make an iso file for the graphics card to install drivers etc and used winrar to open iso and unpack it. Then just hit setup and graphics card up and running. (line up the graphics card on the slot to see exactly which sections to take out at the back, it can be a bit deceiving) The motherboard manual tells you pretty much where everything plugs in, just a matter of trying to keep cables tidy. I transferred steam games I had downloaded on laptop to the pc and they work fine. Copy games folder from steam:steam apps:common folder. I done a quick download of the game first so the files were all in place (50mb or so) , then just replaced the games folder with downloaded one. reboot and it does a quick check and game installed:-) Also made steam download games to 1tb hard drive, not ssd as it would fill up too quick. Also transferred Origin games. Oh yeah, SSD is just unbelievable. 15 sec load time! The longest part of the build was downloading the windows updates as I only have about 1-2mb download speed. That took a few hours downloading and installing. Hoping to get some game time in tonight as it was 1:40 am finishing off bits and pieces this morning! A bit daunting when looking at all the bits, but have a mate with you and you'll be fine...Pics to follow....
