I recently reversed into another vehicle.
Did €500 damage (that's the quote the panel beater gave me).
My excess on my insurance is €300.
What should I do? Claim though insurance or just pay up?
    Any advice appreciated.

For €200? Youd be mad to claim.

Is that the damage to your car or the other vehicle? What has the other party said to you?

    Damage done to other car.
She is easy going just wants the dent repaired.
Have got a second quote and they are both in and around the same!
    Any advice appreciated!

Definitely pay yourself, even borrowing for it and paying interest to the bank would be better off financially than claiming off your insurance

I'd advise you pay for any accident if less than 2k sorts it out. If you claim for less than 2000 you will eventually pay more in increased insurance premiums and also tie yourself up with 1 company.

Try asking the place that gave the quote if there is a non invoice or cash price as you will be paying it yourself. :)
