Vegas Strip? Surely a misnomer as he left his panties on.

No one in Vegas has ever had a night out in Carlow town. I pity them.

It takes a lot to get arrested in Vegas. The casinos don't usually like the police in around their customers.

    Publicity stunt.

If this was not on camera those guys would have been beaten to a pulp, tased and pepper-sprayed and charged with drunk and disorderly, breach of the peace, indecent exposure, assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest, terrorism, vandalism, fraud and willful misrepresentation, being Irish, and banged up for 11 years.

In the US? Hardly. Irish people have always gotten favourable treatment from cops there. If you are black the above might apply(which is completely ridiculous btw)

I think you need to visit your Analyst pdq. There is an awful lot of hate/negativity in that post. Even a few glasses of wine should help :)

Wouldn't the people arrested/not arrested on this kind of show have to give permission for their faces to be shown?

Annnnnd that lad lying on the car bonnet would be my brother :P

It wasn't staged, they were just being drunken idiots. They were told they could either appear on camera or spend the night in the cells! Pretty funny to be fair :D

    I know!
Cops in America are such power hungry knobs that if this was off-camera the lad would be done for some trumped up international terrorist crime.

That would therefore be staged as they wouldn't have let them go so got a completely different reaction. Fake for TV

    Not a bit of it..
Went to Vegas with the lads, got hammered, climbed a fake volcano in our knicks, got arrested, the whole thing was filmed and put on American TV.....

    That story is a keeper.

    First comment under the YouTube video;

"Lucky they weren't deported back to the UK and barred from the States. Fake ID and under-age drinking is fairly serious there."

    Troll level; Master :D.

Must be a slow news week...the lads have been contacted by 3 different papers this week for a story! Doubt they'll go with it though.

Madly curious how newspapers track down the people involved with something like this, they had their mobile numbers and full names

Lads will be lads though, how much stupid stuff did you do when you were younger? Me, I did a fair amount, but a clip around the ears by me old man tought me right from wrong, from stupidity and being caught.

I was there maybe ten years ago and the only time I even saw a cop car was when some nut started a shot out at a celine dion concert across the road in another casino.

Pretty much everyone said that if you're on casio grounds it's the casinos security that takes care of things and they'll be more inclined to send you back gambling or escort you to your room. There's a lot of private ground on the strip that the police just don't have the authority to enter. Entire streets can be owned by a private company even though it seems like public property.

Y - but you'd be surprised at how many people have their email and or phone as contacts public on Facebook!!!
