Freeview box was reset. How do I get the channels back

    Hi.
    Not at all knowledgeable when it comes to Sat but said I would ask here anyway as cannot get in touch with the guy who installed it.
    Have a free to air satellite system setup. Not sure of model right now as not at home but it is a xxxxx S2300 I think.
    The box was reset accidentally to the factory settings over the weekend and now there are no channels available.
    What do I need to do to get these channels back on the system?

    Get the receiver manual out, that will show you how to rescan to get the channels back. You may also have to add or change some frequencies stored in the box as occasionally new frequencies are switched on and old ones switched off so channels get moved around since the box was originally manufactured.

    Channels are stored as found so you'll have to do some moving and deleting of duplicate channels to get them in the order you want.
