Moving to new area, suggestions?

Hey, so it happens that I have to move to new area, I am living in city center and to be honest I am sick and tired of:
1) Going to sleep and hearing cars on streets passing window every second.
2) Windows vibrating from bus passing.
3) Construction going on.
4) Drunk people coming from/to nightclubs.
5) Garda station nearby responding to calls and blasting off with sirens.
6) Paying 80 euro a month for parking in city center.

Now I simply want area that:
1) Cheap.
2) Is far-ish from city center.
3) Safe and clean-ish.
4) Has motorway/national road going to city center.


I have car, full license (so I can use motorways) so I don't mind travelling to college by car.


So far options were: Santry, Clondalkin.
Any other suggestions?

Preferably out of city bounds. Something like swords.
