58cm cherry red Principia Limed alloy frame, built up as a training bike (further details on frame here).

• Shifters, rear mech and crankset are 8 speed Campagnolo Record
• Campagnolo Centaur skeleton brakes
• Shimano Sora front mech
• Handbuilt wheels with Campagnolo Record hubs
• Front rim: Mavic CXP 33
• Rear rim: Mavic Open 4 CD
• Selle Italia SLC Saddle
• ITM carbon forks
• FSA Carbon Pro seatpost
• 46cm alloy handlebars

Frame is unused, bought new and ridden only once on a test ride after it was built up. Wheels and groupset are used but well looked after.

What is the tt length? How much would you be looking for for the frame?

EDIT: Also, what size seatpost does it take?

TT length is 57cm. It takes a 31.8mm seat post. I'll include the forks and headset for anyone bidding on the frame, if they want them. I reckon I'd be looking for around €350 for it.

Nice one. I'll keep that in mind. I'd prefer to wait till the frame is gone before I start flogging the parts.

My preference is still to sell the complete bike.

I've had a stroke of bad luck with my race bike. I might be looking for a temporary replacement while I suss out what can be done. I will know more at the weekend.

If breaking I may be interested in the crankset and bb as well as long as its not 170 and its not price restrictive.

I think it's 172.5mm but I'd have to check. I've a few Power Torque cranks going in an another ad that would probably be cheaper. Or are you looking for 8 speed?

Damn I forgot they were 8sp.
Have got a Record U/T with worn-ish rings and a Centaur U/T in pwo to choose from at the same price range.Just need to choose which;

Thanks, I am interested. You are however a long way away from me. Need to check a coupla tings... would you pack it up for me if I paid for delivery costs?..and I need to check on pick up and delivery costs(these may make it too expensive). Also, is the 58cm measurement c-t-c on the seat tube or is it centre of bb to top of seat post. Finally, need to think about how to organise payment so both our interests are protected.

58cm is centre to top. CtC is 56cm.

As for shipping, I don't think it's feasible. I've nothing to pack it in and amn't around during the days for it to be collected by a courier.

Understood/thanks. The only other idea would be for me to ask a sound bike shop that is local to you to be an intermediary for a reasonable commission. I could pay them, they could pay you when you dropped the bike off and then they could use their usual delivery service to send it to me. If that is too much of a faff then obviously I won't be able to buy the bike. In any event thanks for the replies.

That could work alright. Alternatively, if you find a courier that can do an evening/weekend pickup, we could arrange something too. Where are you based do you mind me asking?

Thanks--I am still interested but been away for a few days. I am near Derby/England. Which is the nearest bike shop to you.. Wheelworx? Also I will check out courier costs/options. I like the bike a lot and its a fair price..but I am in no rush, so can 'afford' to wait if it means getting inexpensive/convenient delivery..if you get a better offer in the meantime then I recognise that you would take it.
