As above. I know they were in trouble before xmas and there sister company over in finglas has been bought by joe duffy motors.
Reason i ask is there website has zero used cars for sale (normally 100+)
and family has 3 cars purchased there with 2 still under warrenty.
Could not get them on the phone yesterday, just ringing.
    thanks.

No they are gone ring finglas see where you stand with your warranty if they were new cars they are under manufacturers warranty anyway so any ford garage will look after you.

Many thanks for that. We have a 2nd hand focus with about 5 month warrenty left and a new fiesta less than a year old.
Pity as always felt i got a good deal there.
Where would we stand with the 2nd hand vehicle (2011 focus).

They are gone, ordered a new smax from them in November, got a call last week from finglas motors that they would be handling the order, no sign of the car yet!, pity very near to me, would have been handy for service etc.

sorry to here this. ^hope you get sorted soon with your smax.
Allways found the guys in blanchardstown a pleasure to deal with.

My first ford so I have no experience of their after sales service, but the sales guy was excellent, when I was pricing around he was one of the few reps that got back to me with a price and followed up on it, hope he gets sorted somewhere else, bad time of the year to loose your job.

Joe duffy motors have taken them over. blanch closed but finglas operating on behalf of them now. Staff were very nice in both places. I have a new car on order from them as well since early november.....still waiting!!. .....hopefully it will arrive this week.

I can confirm that Joe Duffy Motor Group have purchased the assets of Finglas Ford and it is trading as usual but not Blanchardstown Ford which is no longer open.

I would recommend that if you have a used car that you have recently purchased from Blanchardstown Ford and you have work required, then you should contact Gerry Ryan the Dealer Principle at Finglas Ford who will do his best to help you.

Finglas Ford are probably waiting for the cars. Ford seem to be having some issues recently - computer was updating the status of the car (Factory/Dock/Ship/Dock/Dealer), but the vehicles weren't physically moving.

I'm waiting on a van from another dealer. According to the system, it's been in the dealer's premises for at least 3 weeks. It's not actually going to arrive until at least 2nd week of Feb.

Then you've got NVD/Euromed being nowhere near as good as Crosbies at getting the cars from the docks, to the compound and to the dealers.
