Calving cameras

    Sorry if this has been asked before

    Has anyone got this system?

    Cameras in shed fixed and/or ptz, connected to dvr, connected to router in house via a wifi transmitter, dishes outside on wall + shed.
    View on laptop or phone, can pick camera and move ptz.

    My concerns are (because supplier can't give me names of people who have it-Data Protection) will the ptz be fiddly to control on phone, will the quality be ok, as dvr is using compression on video picture.

    Quoted ptz €380, fixed with vari lens 40m IR €90, wifi transmitter/ rec €240, 8 ch dvr €240 (must put in waterproof box) all prices exclude vat.

    Any advice appreciated.

    There is a big thread on calving cameras in here, best to look in it, not sure if the type your looking for is in it.
