    Is it possible to make a few euros?

    What are the economics of it? Is it a non runner?

    currently there is a few outlets for under 16 month bulls, but if its flooded with lots of them it could be a different story. you would want BF to be getting the desired 2+ fat score at 16 months

    IMO its a non-runner without a lot of that 16 months spent indoors on meal and straw.

    We've finished HEX's and very good BF at 18 months but its very unusual.

    The usual that I see is that frame starts to come around 18 months and fleshing that out and the final gloss of fat is usually another 3 months.

    To achieve a 16 month slaughter age with a decent cold weight and a fat score of 2+, your going against the natural growth and development rate of any type of dairy bred bull.
    And going against nature always costs money.
