    Had that recently myself. Rang to pay for 4 trips on 2 different cars and they had no record of any of the trips. I get the feeling that its not always working and they rely on people who pay anyway in the shops etc.

    Of course me being a culchie, I dont use it too often. I'd hate to have to pass through daily.

    There's sometimes a delay if the automatic plate reading process returns an inconclusive reading for whatever reason. They're then put in a queue for human operators to interpret, and if legible, the journey will appear on your account later. If not then I assume they just 'disappear'. It's happened to me a few times.

    Hi Fred,

    The eFlow system is not live and journeys can sometimes be delayed coming onto the system,

    When journeys do post they will go onto your account and be counted as part of that months balance.
