Whats the best batteries?

What are the best batteries for flashguns?

I have a Sb900 and I think it is a bit hard on the batteries, I always seem to be replacing.

Eneloop and Ansmann are the usual suspects assuming you're after rechargeable.
If you're batteries are dead before they should be it may be a problematic charger?

Are you using rechargeable or alkaline?

I have a set of Duracell rechargeable that I find great.

I am using alkaline, I will have a look at rechargeable, the reason I haven't already is I know I will never charge them:)

What are good rechargeable ones?

For rechargeables Eneloop are the best, they hold 75% of their charge even when not in use. 7dayshop are okay for the price but can be hit and miss. Tronic in Lidl i found to be very good for the price.
