    Hi Guys,

I'm new in Ireland, Cork and i wonder if you guys have some amateur cycling groups/teams that i can join.

I have like 6 month here with almost no practice and I want to restart practicing. I'm starting to getting fat.

So if you have any information I will appreciate.

    Thanks

    On Your bike
    》Regularly
》make a plan and build mileage week on week
》now is a good time to start training
    》make a goal (e.g train for a 60/80/120km sportive)
    》join the local club
》Have good tyres on your bike

If your really struggling to get out on the bike then think about cycling to work or somewhere you go every day
