    Hi All,
Just a heads up on this woeful company. Don't purchase anything from them.

I purchased 3 calendars on the 11th of December from them. According to their order details they were ready for collection by DHL on the 21st of December. I got onto printerpix (by email) asking when DHL would collect them from their premises. I got an automatic reply with the DHL tracking number. I tried ringing them numerous times and was put on hold for ages. Emailed again and I finally got a response from a customer service agent with the DHL tracking number. I called DHL and they say that there wasn't any package with this tracking number to collect at the printerpix premises. I got back onto printerpix (by email as you can't get through to anyone on the phone) and they just responded with the same DHL tracking number again.

Anyone else out there have a similar issue to mine? Various customer service sites like 'trustpilot.com' have people slating this company.

**AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY**

I'm having the same thing with them.
Purchased 10 calendars as Christmas gifts for all the family - best case scenario now is they'll get them sometime in Feb!

I got a notification on Jan 11 to say my product had shipped.
The DHL tracking number they provided was my phone number - needless to say, when I tried it no such shipment exists.

Tried calling their customer care (in the UK) - hung up after being on hold for 10 minutes.

How are companies as bogey as this one still allowed to trade?

I paid using paypal. If you did the same then you can raise a dispute about the transaction using the paypal website. I did this and it was the only way I could get any joy from them.

Hopefully this will speed things up for you.

No joy there I'm afraid Brian - mine was through Groupon whose customer service are also a joy to behold!
