Just fitted one of these today and there is a flow of cold water through it but it wont get hot, the flow isn't great but it is a replacement and the previous shower, a mira sport worked fine, I change about 10 showers per year and fix more so think there may be a manufacturing fault in this one but am a bit preplexed,

Depending on model it will require between 1 and 1.5bar mains to operate, if you have poor pressure then that is likely your problem, the Mira only required .2bar.

thanks for that, will go back and put pressure gauge on and test supply although pressure is not great would expect to have one bar and I have replaced this unit where there was originally a mira sport.
